Q: Why should I use a mass emailing service?

Q: How many emails can we send out?
Our largest package is 250,000 emails. If you wish to send more, please contact us and we will quote you on a larger package.

Q: Do you offer stats so that I can keep track of how many visits I am getting?
Yes! - all campaigns come with FREE LIVE STATS so you can keep track of our progress during your campaign! Before your campaign starts, you will receive an email with a username to login. Please save this email for reference and future use or print it out.

Q: Is there any chance of me getting into trouble with my ISP?
Not a chance, all emails are sent from our servers. So there is no chance of you getting in trouble with your ISP.

Q: How long will it take to start my campaign?
Campaigns usually start within 24-48 hours after your purchase. Campaigns are guaranteed to be complete within 15 days of purchase.

Q: Do you send emails using SPAM or other unscrupulous techniques?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. The emails we campaign to are Opt-in and legitimate. We never post to newsgroups or use popups or anything like that. These are real Opt-in emails.

Q: Is there an "opt out tag" attached to my message?
Yes, emails are fully Can-Spam compliant and we also give people a way to opt-out and remove themselves from our email list.

Q: Do you have any restrictions on the content of my site?
Your site must be legal. And your site should not contain harmful software, such as Virus, trojans, worms. Sorry, but we will not send a campaign for sites which promote hate, violence or illegal activities or sites that has viruses or trojans that harm.
